Dear Joshua,
I contacted you about my hardware lock problems (worried about loosing, stolen, having to take it with me for home and having to guard it with my life). You told me that it would be no problem for you to create me software to replace my dongle.
I have to say, after the crap you go through with the dongle, it sounded too good to be true! I really didn't believe it, but I didn't have any other choice. I wanted to rid the dongle for good! I don't want to give a time frame but in less than a week, my problems were solved. This was the best money I have spent in a long time.
My program works beautiful, and I don't need that nasty little thing anymore!
To all who disbelieve that Joshua can do this for you too,please believe me. Joshua is the man!!! I am a very skeptical person and don't believe anything until I see it. But like I said, I had no choice, and he can do it for you too.

I just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work.
The utility you provided does the job in the most elegant of fashions. It is most impressive to see a skilled professional deliver a tool that is just so liberating to the end user. It truly has made a huge difference to the way I function, and my level of stress. I now find I am able to take my work home, and work at solving issues in a more relaxed atmosphere. It might help to save me money, but most importantly to me, it will save me lots of time, by releasing me from the shackles of my old dongle - something I can't put a price on.

So far so good. The new utility is working fine on my home computer. I will take it to work and try there. Did not have to re-install the software here at home. But that funky off brand computer at work may be a different story. But the 1st utility also worked fine on that one. I'll call you tomorrow or thursday to let you know if everything is working Ok.

My quest to run my software on my computer resulted in frustration time and time again due to the presence of a dongle. On one occasion I received a dongle from the company that was incorrect and they could not repair it over the phone. I was required to wait for another, which took approximately one week in time. On other occasions, the software did not recognize the dongle.
With these frustrations, I turned to Endless Visions. I am extremely delighted to tell anyone who would be using their service that Endless Visions has the expertise, and the quality of their product is excellent! I am now free of the burden of having to use a dongle!! And because I am free, I also do not have to worry about difficulties in running my software because of a malfunctioning dongle. This in itself increases my productivity and eliminates wasted time.

The utility that you wrote seems to be working well... Thanks a lot... I have been on the phone and sending e-mails for weeks to try to get the vendor to repair my dongle problem... It shuts down about 1 time per day with the error saying "No Protection Key Found". When it shuts down we lose valuable data from our production process. They have sent new drivers, old drivers, updated software. Had me rearrange the parrallel port settings. Though it got a little better it never cleared up the problem.

Everything is working fine. All the functions work perfectly and the program seems to have less lock ups and/or read errors from the image files. I haven't had a really big job to test the stability now vs before, but I am quite satisfied so far. I did install on another machine that had never seen the program or the dongle and it works perfect.

Thank you for coming through for me on that last job. My clients are very grateful. They have had terrible support from the manufacturer. Recently, the manufacturer sent them a bad hardware key and then refused to replace it. When my clients spend thousands of dollars on a program, they expect better service.
